  The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe! He always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong Hilton! Great man--don't lose him.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak. Never had an issue waiting on our car or dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely convenient!   I loved the vibe of the hotel and the fact that it is a boutique hotel. The check in staff were very accommodating and I love the green apple touch. I helped myself to one every day. We were fascinated to hear his account of hurricane Katrina, the education system and overall economy in New Orleans. In addition he supplied us - I loved this hotel! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. I use to live in New Orleans, but this was my husband's first visit and we had a blast. The staff is very attentive and they even left a special gift in our room once they found out it was my birthday! Great location & Great modern hotel!

Staff was incredible the location could not have been better and the rooms were great. After being on the ships cots the beds were amazing. The hotel is on the parade routes for Mardi Gras and St. Patricks Day. The entire staff was great, from the front desk to the valet and cleaning staff. They were all very pleasant - Great decor, great comfort, divinely comfortable beds, very clean, sound-proof, excellent breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff. Good location in garden district, on the trolley line and near Magazine street but a car is reommended if you are going to the Quarter or Marigny.
