  When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean.   I was excited about the reduced golf fees set up between the resort and thirty-two golf courses in the Myrtle Beach Strands. The rates were better than I could have received at the local Senior Center. As a single golfer, all I needed to do was go to the activities office, located on the second floor of the resort, and make my request for that day... was die leute sagen » and the time I wished to play. The reduced rates took place after 1:30 P.M., but on two occasions when I arrived early, the golf starter at the cours - The location of the hotel was great. It was not in the middle of the busy part of Myrtle Beach. The pools were nice and having the parking deck attached to hotel was nice since it was raining part of our trip. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

  The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. We will ask for that building next time we stay at the Springmaid Resort! - This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

It was a bit more family oriented than we expected for a "girls trip" but nonetheless, it was a beautiful, clean, peaceful vacation spot.   I enjoyed the entire stay at the Patricia Grand. The ease and relaxation was very enlightening and our stay was very nice. - The sound of the waves is the best sound for me. I have a very hectic life but when I relax I downshift a few gears.

The kitchen was very nice with all accessories needed, granite counters, etc. We had a wonderful time and had absolutely no complaints.
