There was free parking, the hotel was near the places and restaurants we wanted to go to, it was also close to a gas station and a 7 Eleven. There was a free breakfast included in the price saving us time and money. The building has an elevator. - The room was really nice

Very good location, near the freeway and downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Room was spacious and very clean with A/C, TV, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker and free WIFI. Continental breakfast was good, coffee was very good! There is a very nice clean pool in a beautiful garden setting. All the comforts at a budget price.

All in all the hotel turned out to be one of the most pleasant surprises of our trip.
The on-site parking was very convenient. -
It was a wonderful place to stay! We arrived around 6:00PM just in time for wine and cheese hour....there was an assortment of cheeses and there were I believe at least two to three wines from local winery's to try. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious. At around 7:00PM there was a delicious smell lofting in the air which was coming from the lobby....it was cookies, milk, hot cocoa, coffee and tea. I did not stay myself, rather our friends from Germany. Since it was
cool they didn't use the pool, even though pools are very important
for Europeans -- so no comment about that. The staff was friendly and
helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. I will use Orange Tree
Inn again for other relatives from Europe. -

The art work all around the hotel was great and there are 2 seating areas on the 1st floor that are quirkily furnished. We had a small furnished patio on the ground floor the room was very small but had all the facilities you need. The bathroom was modern but tiny. I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful. -

Front desk guy was very nice and helpful. Hotel provides a nice recommendations for places to go for site seeing and to eat.
You can take free bikes at hotel, that is really great if you like to explore places on a bike.
Location was good as is within working distance from downtown.
