We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. This was fine (not too noisy) but if you would mind this I'd suggest you request one away from the pool area. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.

Everything here is good enough to stay. Area Is Safe, Near The PUBLIX that u can find some food or drink. And the room was big. This hotel is like the condominium. Very low key and quiet for me. The manager was excellent. Small hotel with excellent location. Couple blocks from beach and a Publix and easy cab ride from MIA. More like a small apartment building than a hotel. Room and bedding were modern and very clean. I was on business but caught a couple hours on beach. The value is good especially compared to the glitz of South Beach which I did not want.

The Boulan South Beach was more then I expected. Just grand. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our suite was gorgeous with everything you could ask for ~ kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms.

Great Hotel. Great staff. Accommodated us with instant upgrade because of renovation on first floor. Extremely luxurious Hotel. Das Zimmer das wir gemietet hatten war groß; für 5 Personen hatten wir eine komplette Wohnung bekommen. Fuer ein Hostel untypisch hatten wir das Bad in unseren Zimmer. Ebenso hatten wir eine vollmoeblierte Küche in unserer Wohnung. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon.
