  This hotel is the absolute best I've ever been to!!!!!! And I've been to a lot of hotels all around the world. The design (an antidote to the pervasive kitsch tendencies of most Miami Beach hotels), the atmosphere, the location (directly on the water with fantastic views), the restaurant (wholesome food, light and very tasty), the spa (exceptional), the staff (the best I have experienced in the us - very attentive, helpful & smiling). A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.

  We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. This was fine (not too noisy) but if you would mind this I'd suggest you request one away from the pool area. Parking is not easy but we managed to - The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.
