The apartment was exactly what we had expected, cleaned every other day and adequately supplied with what you need on a vacation.
The A/C gave out in the last few days and the room got unbearably hot.
I enjoyed everything I encountered at Penn Station..It was exactly what I was looking for and I would pick there again if I ever come back!

I love everything... Nice location close to the beach, very elegant and quite green street. The hotel is amazing... With nice patio and relaxation zone... Apartment was spacious and great with full equipment kitchen, 2 plasmas in each room... Everything was clean. I would love to come back again!!!

Very up to date and spacious compared to a hotel
They only allow two people per room no matter the size of the room ,and on top of the room rate they will charge you $20 per person per night if you have somebody else traveling with you! so if you are bringing more the 2 guest you might want to check into that.

Very nice the place, it's like to be in small court full of nice plants, it would be perfect with a swimming pool like in Melrose place :-) Very welcoming as soon as you get in the garden. The room was not really big but comfortable, nice bathroom.
The only missing thing was a window to better light the room and they passed to change the towels only once in a week.. But I would suggest to come to this apartment (it was an apartment with kitchen and not a room of a hotel) and I would go back here.

Had a great stay. The room was clean and it was what I expected from the pics.
The wifi only works outside your apartment door but not inside. So everyone was always outside getting reception.
It was very qiet and tge room was nice and cosy. I felt secure and comfortably.
No great outlook, there was another building. For USD 200 a night to expensive.
Location is the best feature and the courtyard is a welcome feature which offers a nice communal relaxing space
Cleaning staff are supposed to only clean once every five days or on check-out, however they were attempting to clean our studio room every day at 10am - which is not great if you have been out partying until 5 or 6am! Also, it can be very noisey, depending on how selfish other guests are.
Big space, comfortable, television big screen stereo, kitchen and a big frig, the location is not at the beach but just 3 blocks very convenient, every thing new and a nice garden seat ....they dont charge extra for the dog
Good quality / price ratio. Central location in SoBe. Clean and well equipped. Nice garden where to have breakfast.
Just a negative remark : refrigerator was too noisy. We often had to switch off at night

I had a reservation in a penn station hotel in this adress - 1330 Pennsylvania Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. So when i got there they changeD my reservation for the other location. Where i didn't have phone to contact the reception, no service room to clean and there were lot of students that they are living there and they made lot of party, they made lot of noise, was impossible to sleep. I wasn't stayed in a hotel, i rented a apartament. :\\\\
