Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

When we parked I was a little concerned as it was our first time and up to this point the trip had been a horrible experience(our other hotel overbooked) just as we were arriving. I am glad they did. The staff was absolutely top-notch, especially the concierge, Rich. After an all-night Megabus trip, we stopped in to stow our luggage until the 3pm check in. They said our room was available immediately, if we would like an early check in (6 hours early at no additional charge). Unheard of! Amazing and gracious. This is my second stay at a Kimpton Hotel. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else after this lovely experience.

Hotel Sax was right in Marina City. There was a little grocery store
close by. Several restuarants within walking distance including
Chicago's House of Blues and Dick's last resort. I was great to
walk just a few steps and look at the Chicago river flowing by. I loved

Staff and accomodations were outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful. There is a small coffee shop with a hotel entrance that has excellent food and was reasonable with delicious food. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.

I really liked the location. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit, including the Art Institute and the Doughnut Vault. I can not recommend this Marriott Residence Inn highly enough. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.

Great downtown location with very friendly and helpful staff. Impressive lobby with convenient breakfast room location. Nice to have coffee available throughout the day. Breakfast quality was good and we so enjoyed the energy and attitude of Veronica, the breakfast attendant. Comfortable beds.
