  The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked if we could have a few extra coffee pods.   The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! - Family really enjoyed the convenience to the parks via the boats.
