The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny.   The accommodations and view were spectacular . The apartment was clean and cozy. It had a fantastic view from the deck and our apartment. It was great having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen . The apartment was walking distance to the PATH station and that was minutes from Manhattan . We will definitely stay again.   I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... was die leute sagen » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!
