  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel geniessen duerfen und haben nichts daran auszusetzen. - Das Hotel lag sehr zentral in Manhatten, eine Querstrasse von der Subway entfernt. Super waren die Zimmer, die so sehr gedämmt waren, dass fast kein Strassenlärm zu hören war.   Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.
