  This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

  The hotel has lots of charm and the rooms are very spacious. Also the staff were very friendly. The complimentary wine evenings are great and the adjoing Cafe Lladro serves great coffees and cakes.   I have stayed there before and found it to be clean, safe, and very friendly. It is also convenient to downtown. I actually was on a tour that ended in Seattle and convinced another couple to stay there also when it ended. Upgraded us from a deluxe king to a king suite at no charge because of challenging customer service at the 1-800 line. Great location, and we were not bothered by local construction outside our window.

  We loved everything! The staff was so sweet and had everything ready for us including fresh cookies and a hand written thank you note. The lobby is cozy and a great space to just relax.
