The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -

For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

There was nothing that I did not like. The two-story Plinko board with
soccer balls, the leisure room in the loft, the design - from the metal
dog to the wall of convicts - all perfect. The staff was friendly,
knowledgable, and enthusiastic about their hotel. Their location is
perfect - close enough to Union Square to enjoy the nightlife, but far
enough away to avoid the noise; the bart is half a block away and
provides access to the entire city. I highly recommend this hotel.

-optimale lage, rustikale/antike einrichtung, - Die sehr zentrale Lage und Nähe zu Times Square, Market Street, Ferry etc. war sehr vorteilhaft für all unsere Ausflüge. Die Mitarbeitenden am Hotel-Desk waren unterschiedlich zuvorkommend. Eine Concierge war sehr nett und hat für uns Restaurantplätze reserviert, Kinoplätze und Taxi für den Rückflug.
