It is very close to the airport (about 1mi) although driving from the
airport is about 2.5 miles. It is a quiet Old town location, but located
on the I-5, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you get ear
plugs or make sure you get a front side room. We were there only for 2

Staff was friendly, parked our car very close to our room, likedvthe mini fridge, microwave and the breakfast included, it was more than I thought it would be (breakfast) and it was very convenient so that you got that out of the way and could start your day. hotel. Great clean and contemporary feeling. I also liked that it was

Great service from the front desk. Carlos was accomodating with keeping us away from the elevator. They even let us check in early.

For a best western it has so much character, very nice design, nice to look at and rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.

The BW Hacienda is our main reason for visiting San Diego. Our return for a second vacation in SD this year was because we have found this central, traditional-style, good-value hotel in the Old Town. excellent views which made for an interesting stay. Nice pool area, just

1. the location is perfect! USS Midway museum is whithin 5 minutes walk distance, Seaport Villiage, 15 minutes of walk, other places of interests, e.g. Seaworld, Bolboa park and San Diego Zoo, are easy connected either by the free shuttle or the quick-'n'-easy public transportations.

room. We visited happy hour and drank their signature cocktails for only

I liked the fact that it had a balcony, the bathrooms were a good size, the tv was a nice flat screen, the AC was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the restaurant/bar was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly, and the location of the hotel itself is in a great spot.
