  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14.   The staff where always friendly and helpful. The whole ambiance was very modern and nice. We've enjoyed the small dinner from monday to thursday. The area from the hotel is perfect to explore New York. Our rooms where always clean!

  The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff.   This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at the weekend (a must visit). The location is a few blocks from The Port Authority Bus They don't do room service every day, but if you need anything (towels, trash taken out, dishwashing soap, etc.) the staff is super responsive and so nice! The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and storage dishes so we could cook in some nights and save a bit of money. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
