  The staff at the Claremont was awesome and so helpful. They made my mother and I feel excited about vegas. Check in was super fast and they gave you the receipt right away.   Unbeatable location on the Strip: walking distance to all the attractions, and quite close to the Bellagio fountain in particular. The room was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. Everything was nice, and very good value for the money. One thing that deserves a particular mention is the excellent free Wi-Fi (both in-room coverage and the... was die leute sagen » speed were very good, it appears the motel has some 20 hotspots). The buffet breakfast was an added plus, and so was the friendly service at the rece - We were able to drop our bags off before checking in, the pool(s) and hot tub(s) were great and open 24/7 (except for during a rain storm of course) . Not sure if this is a plus or a minus but this hotel is extremely family friendly which was not what we expected. It's also around the corner from the start of the strip (luxor/mgm grand area) and while "around the corner" in Vegas is still pretty far, the location was great for the price. Also room service was always super quick and friendly.
