We loved the cosy artwork, and subtle granddeur of the Lobby, the comfortable beds , the upgrade to the suite overlooking the river.
We love the fact that the staff goes out of their way to ensure that we are good.
My wife insists that we will be back, and prefers the Hyatt to other more expensive locations within the block.

Lobby was beautiful. Staff friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, room stocked with extra towels, pillows & blankets. Amazing view from our room on 26th floor. Electric blackout shades - operable from the beds - very cool. Extreme minibar selections! Starbucks in lobby - very convenient! Excellent valet car service.

It's a nice hotel in the financial district of Miami; clean, the
parking is $15 valet/night, the tv is not a flat screen, front desk
is not 24 hr service, and we constantly had to ask for face towels. The
carpet in the hallway on our floor had a mildew smell but once inside
the room, everything was great! The pool was nice and the two was nice

I love the space, the view, the fact that it was an 2 bedroom apartment, centrally located around food, shops, free metro, and trolley. The staff was very friendly, great eateries inside the apartments including Sushi and a store that stays open until 2am

Excellent hotel in very convenient location in banking district and
right near.Metrrail and free people mover station. Direct train to and
from airport for $2! Free wifi and good breakfast also free.
As senior travellers this hotel suited us perfectly, safe area away from the hype and crowds of the Beach. But to visit South Beach is about half hour by free mover and /$2 bus.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
