I - Centrally located, close to cruise ships terminal. Great area for shopping, local restaurants. Super friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. Attached restaurant, makes it handy for breakfast. Not the Ritz for sure, but still good value for price. Good for overnight stay for cruise ships or overnight airline connections.

  Of the hotels I stayed in Florida, this was the best! I stayed here for four days and everything was great. The breakfast buffet was very nice, best of all the ones I stayed in this trip. I tried lunch and dinner a few times. The staff was very friendly, I'm a very shy person and it was fun chatting with them. About two blocks away is the 120 Bus that can take you to South Beach and Av - We loved the cosy artwork, and subtle granddeur of the Lobby, the comfortable beds , the upgrade to the suite overlooking the river. We love the fact that the staff goes out of their way to ensure that we are good. My wife insists that we will be back, and prefers the Hyatt to other more expensive locations within the block.
