Breakfast included. Happy Hour in the evening Mon-Thu from 5.30 to 7 (free alcohol and snacks). Eco friendly (can choose when to have towels washed and bed changed, water saving toilet etc).   I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. The hotel is a block from a main subway line, and on a side street so it wasn't noisy at nigh - Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother! We ended up needing to stay for another night and the staff were very accommodating eventhough we ended up having to stay in a King room.   The staff where always friendly and helpful. The whole ambiance was very modern and nice. We've enjoyed the small dinner from monday to thursday. The area from the hotel is perfect to explore New York. Our rooms where always clean!

A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.
