  The staff were wonderful - especially Cherie at the front desk- We want to make sure management knows what a gem they have there. Complementary breakfast was delicious with hot dishes included. I thought I reserved a 1 bedroom queen suite city view and when we got there it was actually a 2 bedroom queen suite with a canal view, it was amazing! We came into town for the football game and my boyfriends 30th birthday, the staff brought him a birthday card and some candy that was so nice of them. A true surprise. The location was perfect. When we were checking in on Wednesday April 10 th there was no reservation and you were booked solid as was every other hotel your assistant general manager Brian Carey(?) was checking on for me. I had him cancel it and he made us a reservation 25 minutes away at your North site - The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet and the Manager's Reception was exceptional! A nice amenity!

  Our view over looked a dumpster but it is the basic room. The rooms are nice and more designed for a long stay. The location is what makes it worth the young staff and the ok accommodations. - - rooms were very nice - nice breakfast selection - bell hops were fantastic

The price of the accomadations was outstanding for the location in the downtown area. The morning breakfast was fantastic and the servers were very pleasant and accomadating.
