The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. They deserve an A+++++ The ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. -

... was die leute sagen » oney. We arrived three hours before check in but they found a room for us right away. It's very close to public transit and Amtrack. The pool was small but our kids had a great time using it. The free wifi was great and the breakfast was excellent.

the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

The hotel is in a good location, a couple of blocks from the Hancock Center, Oak Street Beach, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
