  beim 1. zimmer hate die heizung einen defekt,nach anruf bei der rezeption umgehend techniker vor ort,stellte fehler fest,nach ca. 5 minuten feedback seitens der rezeption->sie sendeten einen pagen mit neuem zimmerschluessel nach oben.Muss dem personal grosses lob aussprechen,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. - Die Lage ist für diesen Preis sensati... was die leute sagen » onell!   Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. I even looked in... was die leute sagen » to a short term apt rental. This room set up was perfect! We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud
