  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless. The - We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. The staff was MOST helpful (they turned our radiator off when it got warm in the room and also were smiling and accommodating with another small request we had to freeze ice packs in their kitchen freezer). We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby.
