The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front
of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and
comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and
getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was
accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although
small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

'Checking' in wit -
We had a splendid time here. Overlooking lower Manhattan, and with easy access via PATH to both WTC and Penn Station, plus a ferry to 38th Street, Jersey City is a welcome oasis away from the bustle of Manhattan. The apartment is far more spacious than anything you will find in New York City, with cable tv and wifi for if you tire of your view . A very nice hotel, extremly nice staff (among the best I met). A calm and attractive place to stay and rest after a hot New York/ Manhattan day. Nice bar and a very good restaurant in house. Always fresh water and some nice snacks every night in the room. Stayed 8 nights and will gladly come back. A summer stay when the out door terrrace is open.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

The location of the apartment is great. It is very close to PATH which takes you to NYC in 10 minutes. The Apartment was very clean and has everything you need. You can find groceries and a big mall within 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay so much. -
