  I especially liked the attitude of the desk clerk. He was very helpful and accommodating. I also like the fact that my room (416) was truly a non-smoking room. The morning breakfast was way above average and the attendant was more than helpful. - The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff was super friendly.   The Village Inn is a classic American roadside motel, updated for the 21st century. The room was large and comfortable, the wifi worked well, the restaurant was good (at least for breakfast, which was the only time we tried it), and the people were extremely friendly. It was like stepping back in time to the days when my family stayed in places li... was die leute sagen » ke this all the time, and was a welcome change from big chain hotels. - Easy to find but not right on the exit ramp of a super hwy. Room was immaculate and in excellent condition; roomy. Bed very comfy. Bathroom in excellent condition and had a spa-bath. WiFi feature, dorm-size fridge and microwave in the room; porch out the back door. Breakfast was great - nice variety, great service. Front desk staff (innkeepers): very welcoming and accommodating. Well-maintained property.
