The hotel's location was excellent, (just outside of the congestion of holiday shoppers, yet close enough to access all the stores/restaurants we wanted), facilities were very clean/stylish & modern décor, Amanda, who checked us in was very friendly and informative as well as the other staff who frequently asked if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we needed.
The hotel staff was soo nice and helpful. If we needed directions to different scenic places, restaurants, movie theater, and even shopping spots, the staff had us covered. The rooms were so nice and clean. Housekeeping was excellent. The Continental breakfast was on point, also. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.alle bewertungen »
I enjoyed the large room, comfortable bed and the beautiful décor of the room along with the microwave and refrigerator, I was very pleased. I also appreciated the back door elevator to my floor be it I am handicap, the room was right at the elevator. Great!.
They had baked and fried chicken and snacks in lobby when we got in late afternoon..saved us from buying dinner..hair dryer had good power..convenient to gas..beach..attractions..loved the great pillows!.
The bed, pillows, the facilities are wonderful. Would stay again and recommend to anyone who needs a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

There was a large store between our room and hwy. 49 which partially blocked our view from the 2nd floor. But, we enjoyed our stay so much that was a minor issue.
The fact that we forgot our swimsuits, because they have an indoor pool.

Bed felt a little like sliding off to my husband..tv was far from couch.
The person behind the front desk should have been a little friendlier. Not bad but a nice smile would have been great.
The pool was green because of chemicals and our eyes burned when we walked into the pool room. We could even smell it in the hall. Our children were greatly disappointed because they couldn't swim. Too few elevators and very slow.
When the elevator opened on our floor all the wallpaper in the hallway
was coming off the wall. I think they were replacing the sheetrock but
the front desk should have informed us because we almost turned around
and left when we saw that but then figured it out that they must have
had some water damage. It did not smell in the hallway.
