  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

Everything was well maintained and we were close to the strip of stores I like in Gatlinburg. It's a older motel, the court yard IDE we stayed in is the older section, but it was well kept up and very clean. For my kids ages 9 and 21 the Internet and pools are importtant, they had both! And my 9 year old loved having 3 pools to choose from! On one particular night a families kids above our heads got rowdy. One call to the desk resolved the problem in minutes. Room was very clean, quiet location. we were seniors with our adult children and 2 grand girls. Will stay again. We understand they are doing bigger suites. Hot and cold breakfast included was a bonus. Microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus. Grilling area out by the creek is nice. Would stay there again when we could stay longer as we were only there for one night. AC in the room worked great!
