  Everything. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so it was unavailable for our stay, but it is a large pool with a small separate area for young children.   Location was useful for us for where we were based. Staff were fantastic. The doorman/driver Jamie was a really nice fella and helped us out a lot. Melanie at the checkout was super helpful also. Best part of the hotel was its fantastic staff. - cleanliness and friendliness, also right next door to hult center and tons of restaurants

  It's a beautifully restored historic Victorian home, very well appointed, super comfortable, with a cordial host (when we were there), excellent lighting (important), beautiful bathroom, lovely antiques and a beautiful garden. The stairs were very easy (important). We loved all the clocks and the tasty cookies and the simple but elegant breakfast... was die leute sagen » . All in all this was the very nicest bed and breakfast my husband and I have ever stayed in. - We loved everything about the house. A very quiet and cozy environment, warm and comfortable! And the breakfasts were delicious! The restoration of this Queen Ann is beautiful with amazing attention to detail. We will definitely have a return visit. It is necessary to plan ahead as this place is very busy.
