I immediately received a phone call in my room once it arrived. The bedroom was a little on the small side but since we didn't spend a lot of time there it wasn' t an issue. Breakfast was perfect, personally prepared and delicious. The owner was personable and friendly but not too overbearing.

  We loved the lounge bar with such an incredible view, we had a really good time staying at the Hyatt regency and the stuff were so nice and helpful. Everything is clean and modern. We stayed only one night but we would come back, for sure. - We liked the convenience to downtown area.
