Staff were also very tolerant and helpful after I lost my credit card (I'm from overseas) so very happy with the customer service. - I was there for a wedding and everything was in walking distance.

  best thing is that they had air port transfers. Very nice for ppl who want to stay closer to downtown. Downtown was just 7 miles from here and you can ask for a taxi to the hotel staff - The staff were very friendly,the room were nice and clean we had no problem sleeping.we hope to come again soon.

  The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  This is an older hotel, but my room was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. It was also a great price for the location. They also offer a great free breakfast as part of the stay. Cable tv and wireless are included. - The price was good and the location was excellent. I would recommend the hotel to friends and I would stay there again.
