The room was bright and modern and clean. Also the beds were comfortable. I liked the fact that the room was carpet free and very spacious. everything, pet friendly, price, clean new rooms. room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was big and there was enough room and always had a lot of towels. Office is staffed for late arrival and/or early check out.

There was no coffee maker or alarm clock in room which I consider a must at any hotel regardless of price. For me personally the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom could have been bigger. nothing. No amenities we had soap and towels. no telephone directory had no idea on how to reach front desk in case of emergency or to report a large party above us. Wood floors. I went to plug my computer in the outlet behind the table and there was a nasty hair weave ewwww it was soooo nasty!! Also there was stuff under the bed. The bathroom was sooo small just a toilet and a shower and the sink and mirror were on the outside of the bathroom kinda weird. The pillows larger or maybe more of them. Absolutely unacceptable to have to pay for WiFi. Every other hotel chain provides free WiFi for their guests. Also, it was extremely slow. I use WiFi extensively for my job and this issue alone will probably keep me from considering motel 6 again. No breakfast. No coffeemaker in the room, Fee to be paid for the internet. I called ahead to ask about 1st floor accomadations because we had a handicap person in our party and was told yes, I had 1st floor and side by side rooms.. When I arrived I was informed and by Lillian that it was not their policy to garauntee a certain room, and we were assigned to the 2nd floor... When I objected I was told I could go somewhere else and be put on the do not rent to list..... I thought this was a very poor way to treat a customer.... This was absolutely the loudest motel I've ever stayed in. Trucks right outside my door, and hearing their air brakes at 11:30 when I'm trying to sleep. And the beeping sound when they're backing up. On top of that slamming room doors. Maybe they could park a little further away. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, as were the bedding. Sparse, no amenities- not even a hair dryer....there was a drop of dried blood on the floor- freaked me out. I will not stay in a Motel 6 again based on this experience. My mother and I stayed at this motel for 3 nights. No staff ever came into the room to check if we needed anything. We had to repeatedly go to the front desk to ask for new towels, toilet paper, and as to have our garbage bin emptied. I know this hotel is not expensive but those are basic things you expect from any motel. Also it was one of the hottest weekends of the year and the pool was closed.
