Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel. Location, location, location. Breakfast included was a very nice bonus. Check in staff very friendly and even asked what floor I would prefer( I liked the option). It was a warm day and they had iced bottles of water by the door. Option to park for free in the garage near by, but valet was wonderful as you do have to roll your bags down a busy street.
