  friendly, save, good location - For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. It was just a simple room with a bed, a sink and a tv but thats all you need for a couple of days. We stayed there for just one night. The staff was friendly so all in all it was a nice stay there. After all, in 'the City that Never Sleeps' you don't want to spend too much time in your hotel room!

The front desk helped calm us down, while providing instructions and directions on how to find our car. Kept our room for us until we were able to get it and return. Plenty to do right around the hote - I received a very warm and friendly welcome from Ana in the Chelsea Pines Inn, and all the staff there were charming and lovely throughout my short stay. The location of this Inn is excellent - a few steps away from an underground station, Chelsea Market and the High Line. Small touches like complimentary water and printing facilities makes Chelsea Pines Inn compare favourably to more upscale places I stayed in ny (where they were charging $8 for a small bottle of water!).
