Was very impressed with your staff. We got off at the wrong rail stop and called you for help. You not only sent a car but requested, with real feeling, that we check in with you when we got to the hotel. You wanted to make sure that this od couple were OK. Felt like you truly cared.

healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and

special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through
the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn
to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are

We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I would strongly recommend it to anyone. It was very clean and modern, offering a nice breakfast buffet. The staff was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was next to the freeway and close to Manhattan, you can drive there in 25 min. -
