  Ich habe bereits das 3x in diesem Hotel übernachtet und muss sagen, dass es einfach nur toll ist. Die U-Bahn Station ist 200m entfernt (E-Linie), bis nach Downtown Manhattan benötigt man gut 20min. Um das Hotel herum befinden sich Subway, Dunkin Doughnuts, Wendy's sowie ein Mc Donalds. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist einfach (Kaffee, Milch, Doughnuts, B... was die leute sagen » rot, Marmelade, Obst), aber vollkommen okay. - Sehr günstig gelegen und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet; ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

  Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Parkplätze waren kostenlos. Wir mussten unser Auto am JFK zurückgeben und waren vom Hotel aus innerhalb von 15 Minuten da. Das war sehr angenehm. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave.   Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room.   The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. They were always ready with a quick answer to questions, as well as, recommendations for travel, tours and dining. We had a small issues with our booking through the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are too short : 10 to 6pm
