The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. -

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very modern and well kept. No noise during the evening hours, and you cannot hear other travelers in their rooms. Great location. Very close to many many different restaurants. -

The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. Great place to stay. Great location, great service, and VERY friendly stuff!!! Extremely clean and comfortable room with desk, refrigerator, microwave, couch, big screen TV, fully stocked bathroom. Many restaurants and stores in area.Nice continental breakfast was served. Indoor pool was very clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this Regency Hotel!!!
