I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. One morning when my hands were full of breakfast plates for the kids and coffee for myself, a custodian stopped and helped me carry it all to our room on the second floor

I also thought your buffet breakfast was "quite the spread" with delicious choices. -
Clean and fresh. Staff was very nice and professional. I really like
the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do
not do this!
Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking.

Everything about embassy suites of glendale was great. Very happy about
our stay there. The rooms were great and the free breakfast was

The owner and his family are unbeatable in their hospitality. A smile is
enough for them to go out of their way to help travelers to spend a
great time in their neat and cosy place. The rooms are surprisingly
large. When we arrived, the place smelled lovely, fresh and clean, a
welcome change from LA's horrible traffic-induced stink. Wireless
worked flawlessly and was surprisingly fast as well. Make sure you plan
about 60-90mins of transfer time between lax and this place using the
supershuttle

The room was very clean and comfortable. I'd much rather stay in a
hotel with character rather than the corporate hotel's

This hotel is very good located in Glendale. Very secure area and a
clean an infrastructured neighborhood. Extremly friendly and warm
receptionists. Perfect parking possibility, just behind the hotel! Safe
