  I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. The neighborhood isn't nearly as bad as other reviews (& satellite photos on Google Maps) led us to be - Great hotel with internal parking (at any time, even in the night). The room was very clean, confortable, and with all amenities (good air conditioner, fridge, lcd tv, a safe, etc.); this was a king room.

  I loved everything about this hotel. From the staff, to the room, and the price + location. It was at a peaceful side of Burbank.
