The staff were great! After they couldn't find our letsbookhotel.com
booking in their system they were kind enough to give us an upgrade for
the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable &
the breakfast was nice. Short drive into the cbd but we had a car so it
wasn't a problem for us. -

The staff was wonderful with helping us find our way around the city. Valet parking was great, and my car was always waiting for me when I came down to the lobby to get it. The location was also perfect for the downtown area. The metro bus was right down the street as well.

The location was excellent. Very close to the airport and the COTA race track that I was visiting. At the same time it was far enough away from highway so that noise was not an issue, unlike the Holiday Inn express where I stayed the following night !

This hotel exceeded my expectations! We came as a group for a UT graduation and the staff was awesome. The rooms were fresh and clean, great location. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. I have on a number of occasions visited resorts in the Hill Country area of Austin and I would definitely compare the comfort and modern decor of this hotel to one of those. I will recommend this hotel to friends and stay here on future visits to Austin.

Room was not ready..Staff helped me check in earlier at 12:00 so I could be at a festival early. Had to switch to a smoking room but room was nice and clean... All worked out nice and I liked the 12:00 check out time.. Courtesy shuttle saved cab fare as well.. -
