The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.

One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. Alexandria at the front desk was awesome along with every other staff member. The bed was great and the whole place was very clean. Great location to Fells Point. -
