  The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels. We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.

Shuttle bus goes to the beech everyday free from the hotel. Staff are really nice and friendly. Nice size swimming pool also got a kids soft play area made for young children. S - Very spacious clean room, large bathroom, beautiful design. We liked the dinner order to the room. By taxi or bus you can get to the beach in 15 minutes. Nearby there is the shopping center and currency exchange.
