  The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. The curtains opened from the phone which provided endless entertainment, there was a DVD player, the mini bar ... was die leute sagen » (sans alcohol) was free. Breakfast was great and the hospitality is always wonderful at Jumeirah hotels. I wish they could all be like this. - The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

  In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room.   spa facilities 3 bedrooms for 2 people arranged at desk (after booked 2 individual rooms thinking that unmarried couples could not share the same room!!!). extra helpful staff - Staff were very good and assisted us with the children when needed without having to ask. The apartment rooms were huge and gave the children plenty of room to move.
