In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and
the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large
selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the
staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room
cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we
left our room. The hotel has no public entertainment facilities such us
nightclubs or bars. This meant unlike its neighbouring hotel

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

die nähe zur mall of the emirates und dadurch leichte erreichbarkeit zum big bus - Die Räume waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es keine störenden Baustellen und die Lage war zentral für unsere über das gesamte Stadtgebiet verteilten Ziele.

Das Hotel befindet sich gleich neben der U-Bahn Station Internet City. Nebenfalls befinden sich einige Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wunderschöne Suite mit Blick auf die Skyline von Dubai. Das Personal, ganz besonders Hr. Yasir, war sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Wir haben den Aufenhalt sehr genossen. -

Had an Excellent stay in Fraser Suites Dubai. Spacious One bedroom with fabulous view of Dubai especially Palm and seaview, I felt I was at home. Outstanding service from all staff especially housekeeping boys very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with just enough choices. Best thing Internet is free and GYM is open 24

At First best regards to Mr.Samer Rafie(Operations Manage) + Akram (Reciption) and all employees.good location , 10Mnts drive from Emirates Mall , quiet area ,very comfortable , clean ,Free Shutle from hotel to Sharaf DJ station and Emirate Mall. Food taste good,swimming pool area is wanderfull, i lived in Fraser Paris and i like it very much and also Fraser Dubai.
Realy all staff are friendly , familier and nice.
If you care about your family chose Fraser.
