There were two of us and we stayed n an apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a kitchen / diner. Flat was really clean and well stocked with plates, glasses, kettle, white goods. Good location for us as we were attending a course about 10 mins away.
No car parking facilities part of the complex, although there is a high rise car park in walking distance and we were able to pay a reduced rate as we were staying at the complex. The kitchen was well stocked, except there was no kitchen towel to take hot food out of the oven.
Everything couldn't fault anything.

Facilities were very luxurious and a taxi to the centre is around 10 minutes. There's a Costa right outside and an upmarket grocery on the same complex (although a little pricey). Definitely 4* standard; albiet hallways smell a little.
The hotel did not receive confirmation of my reservation from letsbookhotel.com and tried to charge me £40 extra! After speaking to the manager he booked me a room at the same cost (took almost 30 minutes to check in).
The staff at the reception gave us a warm welcome at our arrival. The apartment was advanced equipped and well furnished. It was very bright and spacious and impressed us when we first stepped into the door. Cooker and kitchen were clean and ready to use.

More or less everything about the room: a very nice size, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen - I could live there for a month easily
Reception staff was not always present at the times advertised: it was sheer luck that they caught me on my arrival date.
Fast wifi, very smart, and very stylish. Although a little out of Manchester, it was ideal for me and the local area is very clean
Hyper sensitive fire alarm, could do with a slightly better stocked kitchen, the fridge froze most things and there was a split in the sofa cover
Staff were friendly and accommodated our every needs, apartment itself was clean and all in tacked. Location was great and just a short tram ride away to Central manchester, area around Appartments was great with a few bars and places to eat which were first class! Would stay there again next time.

Great apartment, furnished to a high standard. Close to tram line and there's a bar in the square where you can have a drink whilst waiting for your tram!
No tea towels or oven gloves! It appeared that Media City is still being built and I'm sure it will be much better when completed - it just meant that we looked over a building site.

Just a tiniest complain.. There was a packet of opened veet shaver on the floor. Could have checked the room before we arrived.
We travelled for a football match and these apartments are ideal for matches at Old Trafford. It is only about 10 minutes walk to the stadium. It is also close to the Trafford Shoping complex and has restaurants and shops nearby. All in all ideal location for our trip.
hassle free check in out.we had some minor problems with internet connection and tv but the staff (bejoy)were excellent and sorted it straight away,good spec facilities.great view from 6th floor room.everything supplied in room as well so didn't need to bring any extras
a decent hike away from the centre of the city.media city doesn't have too much in terms of shops etc.directions on the website aren't brilliant

The fact that we couldn't open the balcony to smoke. This was the whole purpose we looked for a room with a balcony so we didn't have to keep going downstairs. Parking not on site and we were under the impression that it was free parking and this was included in our room price.
These apartments are superb. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money! Staff very friendly & helpful.

Like how close it was to the tram stop. The facility's were pretty impressive . Id love to own an apartment like that in the future . The view onto the river. Everything ready to go soon as we got there.
The bed was terrible, seemed very cheap. Room layout was pretty awkward, The tv only had one channel and that was very hit and miss at times too. The price for car parking is ridiculous so glad I didn't drive.
It was great to have a washer dryer to catch up on our holiday washing as we were away from Australia for six weeks.

The bed was uncomfortable - poor/weak mattress. I was situated on the 6th floor and the water pressure in the shower was not that good.

Modern design and absolutely spotless. Great facilities and close to supermarket. Parking was within Media City, a few mins walk from apartment - subsidised by apartment - you need to take your parking ticket with you in to reception. 24hrs cost me £7.50 I think!

That there was everything you needed in the room and was very clean. And they do sort the parking out so ain't all bad.
That I never got told about the £200 they hold so that was abit of a shock and had the wait around for half a hour to check out.

Excellent apartment. Good facilities, dishwasher, microwave etc. Even provided dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towel and dish cloth!

rooms were clean and spacious.. walking distance to old Trafford football stadium which was a bonus, no need for taxis. its also not to far from town if your wanting a night out. just what we needed for a great price :).. this will be our first place to look at for future trips to manchester
only problem there's no car park yet but can use the car park over the road, its safe and secure and hotel staff sort out the parking ticket when you leave

Receptionist's spoken English was poor, appartment had large halls which encroached onto space of rooms (ie, bedroom so small there was nowhere to put bag), lack of explanation of use of key/carpark arrangements (prob due to lack of English).

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location with nearby parking- everything in walking distance plus metrolink into city centre. We loved the BBC studio tour.
The apartments were really convenient and a short tram journey away from the city centre, with all the facilities you need for a weekend stay, or even longer. Reasonably priced.
They are hidden around the corner of Costa, we stumbled across them almost. If you find Costa you'll be fine.
The apartments were really well located for our purpose of trip ( the lowly theatre ) very clean and lovely design.
The onsite parking isn't as much as on site but down the road and a two minute walk. Not a major problem, but with a young child and luggage, it wasn't the easiest to access
