Lighting in the room is a bit too low. Shower lever is situated on the same wall beneath the water spout and so, when turning on the lever, you get a shower of cold water on you.
Istayed over for a night whilst I was doing my filming study days. I had a fantastic reception from the moment I arrived until I left. The service, staff and food were amazing and I couldn't fault them. They were professional and very welcoming. I would stay over again and I have recommended my friends to stay over in the future. Location very convenient to train station too.
We asked reception staff for local info which she found for us quickly. All staff very polite and helpful.

Very friendly staff at check in and every time we had a request. Excellent location if you're travelling with the Eurostar.
We had requested twin beds, but upon arrival the bed was a double one and there was only one set of towels. Upon request, they changed the bed and brought more towels. Also the carpets could do with some renovation, as there were stains on them. Otherwise, good value for money.

most of the staff was friendly but guy working during the night was a little rude. hotel's "visitor policy" was unnecessary and counter productive for friends hanging out during the night. a bit pricey but price reflects location more than the actual room.

First room and a defective bath exhaust fan, so mold was growing in shower area. Requested to move and this happened. Made know conditions to staff. Should put in hand holds in tub for safety; tubs are too slippery and a safety concern

The staff were friendly and efficient. Checking in was a breeze. Our room was spacious, clean & pleasantly decorated. Plus we had loads of hot water to bath in! We would not hesitate to stay at a Premier Inn again. In particular the Kings Cross one.
Staff were very friendly, made us feel at home. liked the way they introduced themselves. Made us feel at ease. The staff were helpful. The staff we felt showed good customer service were Jordan and Jordan, Margaret and Katie. Room was good, once we worked out how to keep the lights on. Brilliant location. Food was lovely and we want to thank the chefs for the wonderful food, good selection. would love to go back.
Vending machines didn't work. And the sound of the loud business men in the lobby. Would be useful if there was hand rail to assist those with mobility problems getting in and out the bath.

Spacious, clean, modern, a real hotel (and not one of these tiny houses with a nice façade converted to hotels with minuscule rooms), relatively nice price especially during weekends, very convenient for Eurostar travellers (just across the street from the train station). Really pleasant!
