The family run Craig-Ard Hotel is situated in the centre of Llandudno, 5 minutes’ walk from the pier and seafront. Free private parking is available, and many shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute walk. A full Welsh breakfast is served in the spacious dining room, which overlooks the garden. A selection of cereals, fresh fruit, prunes and yoghurts are also available. The hotel’s lounge bar features draught beers, comfortable sofas and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all Craig-Ard rooms, which also include a flat-screen LCD TV, private bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. Llandudno Railway Station is only a 10-minute walk, and Venue Cymru is just 1 mile away. Maes y Facrell National Nature Reserve and Great Orme Country Park are a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

friendliness of the staff. very clean wonderful breakfast . nice little touches in the room mints water and slippers . even had our luggage carried upto our room .the room had a four poster bed decorated lovely. double shower.a quiet location . 5 mins from sea front and shops . we had a brilliant stay . we only stayed 1 night wish it had been more we will deffinetly be going back very soon.

Large comfy bed nice linen, good seating in room and very clean.Coffee etc. with biscuits and mints a nice touch, also slippers provided was a nice surprise. Great full English breakfast ! Garden to front with nice seating area, shame it wasn't getting the sun but very pleasant to sit in when warm. Would visit again!. I was welcomed warmly (it makes a huge difference that I really only appreciated when it happened when I was SHOWN to my rom, not merely given a key and told where it was. The room was clean and exactly as I would hope for. Breakfast was excellent. I certainly hope to go back. The hotel was in a quiet street off a main thoroughfare. One min to the main bus stop and 10 mins to the railway. It's two short blocks from the beach. The hosts were superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Great specifically cooked breakfasts. Yum!. We liked the excellent welcome we received, the great breakfast, our room was very comfortable and clean The location of the hotel was ideal for walking, shops, restaurants, transport, it was also very useful that it had a small car park. The odd minor issue with tired decor and maintenance but inevitable in an old building. My stay was at the end of June when a 10 week old puppy was jumping up - very friendly but with new teeth!! but the owner quickly took control. Nothing. there was nothing to dislike at all. nothing. nothing to report. Nothing I can think of. maybe if there were a noisey family you would probably be kept awake because you could hear every noise in the next room. We did not like the bed in our room, it was an extra large double which is basically two singles put together with a topper on. It was not very comfortable at all, would choose normal double if we stayed there again. As we were both in our eighties the location of the bedroom ar the very top of the stairs was rather difficult. The room could have been a bit warmer. Nothing. Not enough car parking. The bathroom shower, either extremely hot or cold. Nothing to dislike. Lounge being locked in evenings. Nothing to dislike. Decor was a bit 'tired'. Outside being re-decorated wil we were there. Only one thing. The mattress in my room was quite hard which was not good for my back. Warm beer. was all good. nothing. parking could be a problem. Earliest breakfast was 8.30 which was too late for us. Manageress said that, because they were full, the owner was coming in to cook breakfast, but he refuses to come in earlier so no point in asking him!! She was willing to do cereals and toast at 8.00am though. This is not a weekend thing either - it's 8.30 every day of the week!!.
