STRONGLY AVOID. We arrived at the apartments and no was in the apartment nor answered the mobile phone number we were given to call. We waited 6 hours and callled numerous times but still no reply. There was no other availability in Cardiff because it was a rugby weekend so we had to return to London by train that evening paying an inflated fare. Our weekend was ruined because of the incompetence of Cardiff Bay Serviced Apartments. No apology has been forthcoming. alle bewertungen »
