this hotel is a very good value for the money, its an restored old stone building. The owner is very helpful, in the moment we arrived, he asked how many days we have and planned the whole visit for us:) we appreciated a lot since we didn't do a detailed search before the trip. They deliver everyday fruits to the room and we liked it..Its not a luxury hotel maybe but we loved the place and their attitude. what you see in the pictures are the real life, no cheating in anything..
alle bewertungen » The hotel was in a beautiful restored mansion. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and gave the stay that extra boost. The showers were hot and clean but don't let children or clumsy significant others shower alone; the water can be scalding hot! The hotel is right by the centre of town so we had an easy time getting around. This hotel is a clean affordable place, which is at the city center. Love the staffs friendliness and their hospitality. Tea and other soft drinks is freely available throughout the day. Overall, Urhay hotel was terrific value for the money, and I would definitely recommend to everyone. Even without speaking english the P ersonnell was extremly nice. For a hostel like price l got a 5 star treatment. e.g. every evening free fresh local fruit, For me the best location in Urfa. Good location, charming building, very helpful and friendly staff doing everything they could to increase comfort, the hotel with the staff is a gem, we enjoyed it very much!. This is a hotel with atmosphere. Location is good - in the old city. Stuff is really helpful. If I go again in Urfa, I'll definitely stay in the same hotel. Maybe as a result of it being off season. nothing. It was a very little thing, but they had problems with internet while we were there, fixed last day though :-) but really not even worth mentioning. Breakfast menu could be improved by adding more variety. nothing. The bathroom was very small, if you are taller, you will be have the problem.... Somebody can look at your room through the window. On our last night we realised that not only had all of our toilettries been tidied and rearranged in the bathroom, but two items had been tidied away completely. Small in themselves (a universal plug and a pill container) but extremely useful travel items. We informed the desk but no-one had sufficient English to understand the problem or take steps to recover the items. Unfortunately this episode severely undermined our previous sense of a very pleasant stay. With 3 beds and a bathroom placed inside the room, there was very little room. The shower had no curtain, so made the bathroom floor wet. No bedside lights.
