this hotel is located near patong beach. It's convenient for me to save time to go to beach!! and the staff also is very nice there!! I feel comfortable when I stay there!!
The rooms are great. Price great. Location was the best.
Credit card machine broke down. Booked 3 rooms, 1st night was charged to my card 24 hours before arrival. Understand that there will be no cancellation but I was baffled that they charged 1 room to my card without informing me as I was suppose to pay cash to them for the remaining nights.
I liked the location, services, and the room (royal suite).
There is an urgent need to upkeep the room. E.g the bathroom door need to be changed, the lighting in the room is not bright enough, some touch up here and there. I've been catching little cockcroaches every day!

Noicy street, but hotel is center of Patong so it comes naturally. Breakfast was little poor put good anyway. Pool and sun beds are not from this planet:) if they make up little bit pool area it wuold rise the points very much!

Hotel is in between 2 'massage shops', leaks all over, door key is a piece of metal, hotel is full of men looking for 'company' building site arms length from balcony. Arrived and left within 1 day, unsafe feeling, safe repeatedly broken, views of a construction site, not recommended at all.

poor hotel. old and there is no facilites and non comfortable and not clean.
1- it was not clean at all 2-alot of insects and Cockroach every where in the hotel, even near the food !! 3- I had to stay three days without internet in the whole hotel, this why I was not able to change the hotel. Simply, this was the worst hotel ever..
Too upset wif the room wen i feel it all dark i cldnt open to balcony as there contruction on going outside & staff not dat friendly, guess its not a 3 star for me cz i hve been travel very often to most 3 star bt nvr expect tis hotel was the worse
