The guy who welcomed us was very friendly .We were late in arriving that night but he waited to chek us in and made us feel very welcome.The staff made us a lovely sandwich when we asked and they were all such helpful friendly people. it was reasonable new and location was ok. Lots of development but its understandable ,the traffic was scary because we had to be visiting the hospital so crossing the road was a nightmare . I think wheelchair access would be helpful .
