Staff was extremely nice and caring, but not very helpful in terms of tips. They were all new, so that did not help
The setting was superb, you could sit right on the edge of the beach to have a drink and a bite to eat too. It was a beautiful place to relax and still only a short walk to some really nice bars on the beach front. The bungalows were roomy, the pool was superb and the staff were very welcoming. I would definately go back, the only thing that would put me off was the food as it was really quite poor.
The food. The hot food at breakfast was often only luke warm at best and most of the time cold. There were the candle type heaters under each serving unit but the staff didnt have them lit on any of the 3 mornings we went for breakfast. We're really easy and will eat just about anything, but I have to say If you like a cooked breakfast then this isnt the place to eat! The croissants on the other hand were delicious!
Price was decent, pool was nice, room was clean It's a 3 star resort, have those expectations and you'll be fine
It's a 3 star resort expect as much and you'll be happy. Food I'd the restaraunt is horrible so best to just avoid
Everything! This was the best place so far in Thailand,, the staff exceptional , cleanliness A1, rooms beautiful.. A must place to stay!
Nothing.. No complaints at all
It was a good living for us, and also just beside the beach. I like also the garden.
We have no reason to complaine about something at all!

The location, right on the beach. Nice clean rooms.
Mosquitos getting into the rooms due to cracks in the floor and holes in the walls. The smell of sewage in the lobby and around some parts of the pool. The breakfast. The internet can only be used in one public are and it does not work very well. Staff in the restaurant area do not speak any english. This is a very family oriented place, lots of kids and babies. Nearly everyone staying here are young families, older couples or older groups from Europe.

It wasn't what was advertised- the brochure is either very old, or photoshopped. The facilities are looking and feeling tired. They are not properly maintained. There is no hot water. It is expensive for what you get in comparison to other resorts on Koh Lanta.
Nice pool, close to the beach. Good beach for jogging. Good breakfast buffe.
Worst reception ever! I never to see the woman in charge of the reception again. Never felt that unwelcome. It is a charter hotel, where people get up early to "book" the existing sunchairs. The sheets were dirty even after they replaced it with new ones.
